Uptick in the market

Having recently spoken with many agents, it appears there is a slight uptick in the market. Based on these conversations many agents have stated that interest in the market has certainly improved. I for one can state that I have experienced renewed activity from customers and that the customers feel comfortable with the market. The fears of sub-prime mortgages and other market issues have leveled off and confidence is once again building in the real estate market.

What is the impact on the local real estae and the sub-prime lending matter? Has anyone experienced an increase in calls from customers having issues with paying mortgages or headed to foreclosure?
