Uptick in the market

Having recently spoken with many agents, it appears there is a slight uptick in the market. Based on these conversations many agents have stated that interest in the market has certainly improved. I for one can state that I have experienced renewed activity from customers and that the customers feel comfortable with the market. The fears of sub-prime mortgages and other market issues have leveled off and confidence is once again building in the real estate market.
